Ensure that all required conditions are met. Je suppose que c'est du au fait que je sois en permanent stop

We are investigating this issue starting tomorrow, as now we have gotten more than 1 report about this happening for users that have previously had no problems with the same configuration / settings. Try to lover MMC and MCC values, but remember that MMC must be slightly higher than MCC for the drive to initialize.
-
I've lowered the MMC and MCC following your recommendation. No improvement...
I've noticed that after the start the wheel has some constant resistance. It is bizarre as the driver is in error state...
-
Derfledil : Baisse franchement la valeur MCC à 8A par exemple sans bouger ta valeur max MMC que tu peux mettre au taquet et voit si çà fonctionne...
-
The constant resistance when the drive is in a fault state is a safety feature.
-
Stef Bord j'ai essayé 8A pour MCC et 12A puis 12.5A pour MMC. Pas de changement.
-
Dans l'attente de la mise à jour du firmware de la IONI, repasse à la version antérieure, la 1.6.1 via Granity...
-
You would also have to downgrade to a SimuCUBE firmware version that has 1.6.01 version, as the 1.7.0 is a mandatory / bundled update with the current SimuCUBE firmware.
-
@Derfledil: Do you know enough english, so that we could attempt a remote debugging session with you, using Teamviewer? Maybe not today, but on Friday night?
-
Derfledil: Please try to adjust your limit switch function to NONE. That should not be enabled in SimuCUBE usage, and might do something unexpected too. Please apply settings and save to drive after changing that parameter.
-
mtakala My english should be ok.
I did not get your last suggestion. Which limit function are you talking about? Is it in granite?
-
Granity, fault limits -tab, limit switch function = Do Nothing
-
mtakala Sorry I had a too long day in front of my computer... Now yes see it and guess what? No more error.
But I guess this feature shouldn't be at Do nothing
-
Yes, it should be at Do Nothing as limit switches are not used in SimuCUBE mode.
-
You are the expert so if you say so it will stay like this and i will enjoy my wheel!
Thanks a lot for your assistance!
-
@Derfledil Do you have an idea or a good guess on what version of the IONI firmware you were running before the 1.7.0 version? Did you have 1.6 stable, a beta, or some earlier version&MMOS?
-
In my downloads, I have IONIFWpackage1.4.0.gdf and IONIFW-1.5.4.gdf.
So I guess it was IONIFW-1.5.4.gdf but not sure of anything.
I was also using MMosForceFeedback2014
Before going to bed, I just did a little promenade on Imola. It works flawlessly. Thanks again to all of you!
-
Thanks for reporting this. Tero reported to me, that this limit switch functionality and code was indeed changed since September 2016 when 1.5.4 (code:1100) was released, so that explains your troubles.
-
mtakala ,
perhaps I make a mistake but I d' ont see mechanical stop effet in the sofware ?
